After 30 years of working in the corporate world, Berta decided to follow her passions and leap into the fulfilling world of life coaching when she started Dreamers Succeed.

Her decision to leave the title insurance industry, led her to a number of life-changing experiences -- the most empowering being the summiting of Mount Kilimanjaro in 2014.
​
Through this experience, she was able to change the life of children through an organization called One Child Matters and has allowed her to fulfill her dream of traveling the world, help others discover their passions, host mastermind events and become a motivational speaker.
​
Berta is an asset to any business owner who commits to the Passion Launchpad and will help you discover your fears and limitations which have kept you from taking your business to the next level.

JACELYNE GARCIA
Ever since Jacelyne was in middle school, she always had a camera in her hand. Her passion for photography led her to start a photography business and has taught her to integrate processes that would streamline customer relations and her general workflow.
​
Her attention to detail and love for all aspects of design inspired her to take on web design, branding, marketing and social media content creation 7 years ago. Working with different types of businesses helped her learn how to efficiently bring systems into the lives of business owners with various needs.
​
She has always been inspired to create, through all mediums available to her, which is why she decided to expand her photography business by adding videography to her creative resume. She founded Wild Aperture, which specializes in adventure elopements in the wild.
